What Does Quality Do?
- It ensures the systematic use of analysis, problem solving and decision-making techniques by all employees and the establishment of management with data in the institution.
- It plans the self-assessment process of the institution and monitors its implementation. It shares the detected nonconformities with the institution management and makes data entries to the institutional quality system.
- It standardizes the solutions reached as a result of the corrective/preventive activities obtained from the studies, puts them into practice and shares them with the employees.
- It ensures that patient and employee satisfaction surveys are carried out and brings the improvement conditions to the agenda by taking the survey results and the opinions of the employees.
- It encourages employees to adopt that quality is a lifestyle.
- It determines the mission, vision and principles of the institution on Quality Management, develops policies for service delivery and makes strategic plans in accordance with these policies.
- It provides the quality and efficiency of the service by evaluating the current situation in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and service quality, activating the resources of the institution in line with the determined policy, targets and prepared plans.
- It provides the necessary conditions to carry out and coordinate the efforts to establish the quality system in health carried out by our institution and to provide quality service based on patient satisfaction.
- It ensures and coordinates the continuity and use of documents, procedures and instructions related to the Quality Management System.
